Step 2: Register your users in your MassComz Database using one of the following easy methods:
- Self Register - Users can self register for alerts - useful for government, municipal or community communications
- Manual loading of Users - Users can be added manually, either individually in groups using Excel/CSV etc. imports
- Automated Upload - Uesrs are added from Active Directory or other existing databses using the MassComz import function or the MassComz API
Step 3: Create the Alert, including the Title, Message Body and Deployment Option:

MassComz pricing provides customers with both Capex as well as Opex pricing options.
Capex pricing provides for a perpetual licence with a 20% annual maintenance for year 2 and beyond.
Opex pricing is based on an annual subscription licence.
Pricing is primarily determined by the number of unique registrations in the user databse (i.e recipients of alerts) with no cost for number of alerts sent,
except for marginal carrier costs.
The licence includes all functionality for multichannel delivery, i.e sms, email, mobile app, whatsapp etc.
